The #2 company that just pissed me off

Verizon.com – Holy shit these guys have the first flippen customer service in the world. How they remain a player in such a high rollers competitive market is amazing. I know for a fact as soon as any real competition comes in they will be rolled over in a second or quickly change there sorry asses before they get black listed from every American! First of all when you call you get a fake girl that tries to act real. This is just stupid, if we are talking to a machine then have it act like a machine not a some cheesy 1986 robot horror chic. Then it fuck’s up and repeats itself all the time, “sorry I did not understand” “Sorry I did not understand” piece of fuckin shit!!!!! At this point you are 15 minutes in and nowhere even close to where wanted. Like to flippen cancel their shit. So finally it understood me, but it still sent me to the wrong department where I was on hold for 15 minutes, only to have some dumb bitch say sorry this is the wrong number try this number. AND GIVES ME THE SAME NUMBER I CALLED.

So at this point I don’t argue and hang up and get a soda.

Now I call back and slowly say “DSL cancel”, doesn’t understand, “cancel DSL” doesn’t understand. Billing, one moment. What is the number your calling about. blah blah don’t know I only give out my cell and a 800 number. Anyway’s 10 minutes roll by and finally me and computer voice bitch work out our differences and she says hold for billing.

Great I mad it, sweat

As I am on hold i notice it saying after a minute that if my DSL is not working to unplug the router and blah blah blah. I don’t want to hear it while I upset about waiting and the fact that it has nothing to do with me. But wait it repeats after about 2 minutes. Shit this sucks I have to hear this stupid computer voice bitch even more, over and over about something I don’t want to even hear. Shit but I can handle it so. 15 minutes pass and nothing just this fucked up recording haunting my deepest memories.

until finally a recording changes and it says sorry this department is closed. What the fuck!

Closed I look over and it’s 5:01.

While on hold for and through 40 minutes of crap they decided to chuck my flippen call.

Amazing this is what we consider service. In contrast i went my masseuse after (I had to rough day) and they where nice, everything worked, got what I paid for, got smiles and nice human tones, then left happy.

Anyway’s tomorrow I am going to call Verizon again, I guess two hours before they close and update this from there.

But for now. Fuck Verizon’s customer service and bullshit answer service.

Missed the next day but called two days later and…

I got the machine, which after about 7 minutes got me to a person who said “sorry this is the wrong number” Not surprised I said what’s the right number. So I called it and it was right so I cancelled, now even though the whole reason for this was to upgrade to the business DSL they did not give me any breaks and charged me up until that day that I canceled. I do not expect them to do otherwise but if it was my customer I would of offered something since they where upgrading.

Anyway’s problem solved.. finally.
