I
am tired of being ripped off by companies in the US so casually.
Since I was 19 I have dealt with at least 20 maybe even 30 seriously
bad businesses. In fact some pissed me off so much that I started
this site to expose their crooked ways.
Here
are the top companies that thought stealing my money was worth
being scum bags
The
#1 company that ripped me off
Good
old Bank of America or BofA
- These crooks charged me six months of late fees on a account
that I closed and paid in full. They said a charge happened
after I closed it for $6 then charged my $20 a month for not
paying it. I only found out about it when I went to buy a car
and the car dealership said that I owed these jerks $200.00.
When I called them I asked the girl why they didn't send me
anything about this and she said I had a bad address on file.
I said what was it that they had on file. It was not even my
address. So they scammed me by changing my address to charg
me ridiculous late charges without notice. All this and they
screwed up my credit when I was only 19.

BofA and all there main stock holders are low life money hungry
scammers.
The
#2 company that ripped me off
Sprint
PCS - These total fricken crooks flat out without a doubt
scammed me for extra money when I canceled their phone service.
I signed up for the their service on vacation, the sales guy
was nice and showed me the coverage map with my city perfectly
highlighted and the plans looked good the phone was nice all
was peachy.
Then
everything really turned to crap:
I
got back home and noticed the phone service doesn't work in
my area, so I called sprint and they said yes it does work in
my city. Soon I found out it does work for about a mile at the
very bottom of the city the other 15 miles well I guess that
didn't matter.
It
gets worse, I called them and said I will eat the price of the
phone but I don't want a monthly plan that doesn't work in my
area. They said too bad and recommended a roaming plan which
I got and used for the fricken full year..
Finally
my plan runs out, I'm stoked to get a new phone so I call them
cautiosly because the have all ready screwed me before. I said
ok I'm ready to cancel my service they said you have to wait
until after the one year which was a week later.
OK
a week later I call and the canceled. The guy says that they
are going to cover my whole area and they will cover the cost
of my phone for 3 months until that happens. Against my better
judgment I said ok
What
a mistake they put me Back on a one year plan, they never said
this will extend you plan or anything of the sort.
So
I called back and said I want to cancel about a month after
the one year I realized I don't want to work with this company
ever again.
The
lady was nice and said even though the guy extended the one
year she canceled it with no penalty and she said she would
pay for my last month. Iwas thinking wow they just redeemed
themselves.
I
was seriously mistaken.
She
just flat out lied so I called again after receiving a bill
a month later and another rep said they would waive the cancel
fee and close the account.
Lied
to again.
I
called again keep in mind these calls take about 20 minutes
to connect and you have to basically type a secret code to find
anyone on their phone system.
I
called back and the guy said my account was closed and I owed
nothing
I
am excited I even had a ritual burning of the silver bullet
looking phone (by the way it broke after two months and the
warranty didn't cover it because they said the sweat in my pocket
made lines in the lcd screen)
I
went to Cingular which I have used happily since.
It's
not over.
I
get a bill six months later from Sprint saying I owe fore a
month of service and a early cancellation fee. I call them mad,
but I am going to be subtle and try to resolve this. They said
who are these people I spoke with (like I know their names and
they would give me there real name if they where lying) The
lady then said sorry we cannot help you and if you don't pay
we will post it on my credit repot and send me to collections.
I
then said screw you and all the other obvious pissed off crap
and hung up. Man I just got royally screwed by this piece of
shit company.
I
finally got it taken off my credit report since trw among others
credit reporting agencies get so many complaints about sprint
wrongfully putting people in collections. I forced the collection
company to stop calling.
To
sum it up they tried to screw me in every way they could get
their hands on and in the end the only reason why their was
any justice is because I had to work my ass off to keep my principles.

HBMS.com/Humboldt
Merchant Account Bank - These jerk offs had more fees
in their fine print then Mexico has chili's. When I wanted to
cancel from their software not working they hit me a early termination
fee, a cancellation fee, a processing fee, and they charge $300
for software that never worked. I can't believe they get away
with flat out ripping people off like this. I was so pissed
I told them I was going to go up there and pay them a visit.
Then the sheriff called me and said not to so that was that
but still I am pissed.
- Bottom line -
HBMS.com/Humboldt Merchant Account Bank are pointless to risk
your business with when you have great services available from
Wells Fargo and most local banks.

#4 company that ripped me off
www-hosting.net
and whnbilling.com - Man this guy total ass hole owns
both of these extremely crappy services. I went to test out
whnbilling.com and I couldn't believe this guy. First of all
he flat out lies and says the script is open source which it
is not. The if you dog deeper it says 80% source which it is
not. In fact when I got the script and counted encoded vs. source
it was actually about 20% source I told him this and he had
no reply. I said I want a refund he said TOO BAD I used Paypal
and he wins every time someone tries to get their money back
from them. I said what you fricken ass hole piece of shit, you
get a kick out of ripping people off? You piece of shit!
He
hung up then.

Do not do business with www-hosting.net and whnbilling.com,
it is one compete ass hole running both of them and giving him
even one penny is more then he deserves.

#5 company that ripped me off
McFunSoft
- Wow these low life idiots actually had the nerve to rip me
off for a mere $35. It clearly says on their website that they
offer a 30 day money back guarantee yet when their crappy software
proved to be worthless they would not honor the guarantee.
All
I can say is wow I can't believe they would compromise there
business integrity for $35.
But
I guess when your software is worthless you have no choice but
to rip people off.
The
truly horrid software I wanted a refund on was called: McFunSoft
Audio Studio
And
I think it is truly worthless, save yourself $35 bucks and hours
of wasted time and go with acoustica.com's mp3 converter. After
seeing the difference you will wonder how these scum bags sale
even a single copy of their junk.

- These jerk offs make it so painful to cancel it could easily
take you hours. Then they change it so if you change your mind
you have jump though hoops again. I spent almost 20 minutes
digging through their piece of shit website to find how to cancel
and finally found after searching for cancel xbox live. If it
wasn't for Google I might of tracked Bill Gates and threw a
tomato at his greedy ass. He has 1.4 million gamers and he still
has to do the shady girlsgonewild scam. So screw Bill Gates
and screw Microsoft for being such shady characters.

- Holy shit these guys have the first flippen customer service
in the world. How they remain a player in such a high rollers
competitive market is amazing. I know for a fact as soon as
any real competition comes in they will be rolled over in a
second or quickly change there sorry asses before they get black
listed from every American! First of all when you call you get
a fake girl that tries to act real. This is just stupid, if
we are talking to a machine then have it act like a machine
not a some cheesy 1986 robot horror chic. Then it fuck's up
and repeats itself all the time, "sorry I did not understand"
"Sorry I did not understand" piece of fuckin shit!!!!!
At this point you are 15 minutes in and nowhere even close to
where wanted. Like to flippen cancel their shit. So finally
it understood me, but it still sent me to the wrong department
where I was on hold for 15 minutes, only to have some dumb bitch
say sorry this is the wrong number try this number. AND GIVES
ME THE SAME NUMBER I CALLED.
So
at this point I don't argue and hang up and get a soda.
Now
I call back and slowly say "DSL cancel", doesn't understand,
"cancel DSL" doesn't understand. Billing, one moment.
What is the number your calling about. blah blah don't know
I only give out my cell and a 800 number. Anyway's 10 minutes
roll by and finally me and computer voice bitch work out our
differences and she says hold for billing.

As
I am on hold i notice it saying after a minute that if my DSL
is not working to unplug the router and blah blah blah. I don't
want to hear it while I upset about waiting and the fact that
it has nothing to do with me. But wait it repeats after about
2 minutes. Shit this sucks I have to hear this stupid computer
voice bitch even more, over and over about something I don't
want to even hear. Shit but I can handle it so. 15 minutes pass
and nothing just this fucked up recording haunting my deepest
memories.
until
finally a recording changes and it says sorry this department
is closed. What the fuck!

I look over and it's 5:01.
While
on hold for and through 40 minutes of crap they decided to chuck
my flippen call.
Amazing
this is what we consider service. In contrast i went my masseuse
after (I had to rough day) and they where nice, everything worked,
got what I paid for, got smiles and nice human tones, then left
happy.
Anyway's
tomorrow I am going to call Verizon again, I guess two hours
before they close and update this from there.
But
for now. Fuck Verizon's customer service and bullshit answer
service.
Missed
the next day but called two days later and...
I
got the machine, which after about 7 minutes got me to a person
who said "sorry this is the wrong number" Not surprised
I said what's the right number. So I called it and it was right
so I cancelled, now even though the whole reason for this was
to upgrade to the business DSL they did not give me any breaks
and charged me up until that day that I canceled. I do not expect
them to do otherwise but if it was my customer I would of offered
something since they where upgrading.
Anyway's
problem solved.. finally.

- Screw these jerks. They banned me from there forum because
I advertised DWHS Web Hosting, I was working for them at the
time. It was in the add section and it was based on the rules
yet with no email or nothing they shut my account down. I was
active and spent time making contacts there and was banned for
one add.
Here
why they are scamming piece of shit's.
They
kick off any real hosting company that is active that they feel
is a threat to there hosting company. They are connected to
rackshack.net ev1servers.com and rackspace.net and .com
They
act like it is a community but it's really just another tasteless
scam to promote there own web hosting company. Granted they
did a good job but it was based on lies. All I'm saying is be
honest, if you want to kick people off because they are a threat
then say so, it's your forum and your right. This fake lying
crap has to go, and until you get your priorities straight puts
you here with all the other shady rip offs.

#4 company that just pissed me off

- These guys are not that bad compared to the rest but they
do block chunks of the internet from there customers without
letting there customers know. And there chat rooms and email
are used to get more money from there customers in a shady way.
They filter out competitors so that their customers use there
affiliates. A ISP should not be limiting there customers to
make more revenue, it's shady and unfair business to the other
hard working ISP's that do it right.

- Also these guys are not that bad probably just lazy but they
have downloads with spy ware without telling you you are downloading
spy ware Download.com does it right and says if the program
has spy ware or not. Just a little icon guys and you would be
a great service but without it you are contributing to hackers
and spy ware scammers.
